If you’re having a hard time changing your behaviour, try making changes to your environment.
👊 Put your gym stuff by your shoes so you don’t forget them the next day.
👌 Leave cutting boards, knives, and cooking utensils accessable so they’re not “out of sight, out of mind”.
🙌 Keep a yoga mat, foam roller, or massage ball beside the couch for quick and easy access.
👍 Buy pre-cut fruit/veggie trays.
Our willpower and desire for change will not be enough if the obstacles in front of us are abundant, or too big.
