…you don’t have the time or patience to prep them today.
…they’ve gone bad because they were hiding in the back of the fridge.
…you can’t buy groceries frequently.
…you have no idea how to cook them.
When that happens, fresh veggies for dinner can become *no* veggies for dinner.
Frozen veggies to the rescue! No prep. No rotting. Buy in bulk. Low barrier to improving nutrient intake. Toss them in a microwave, or heat them up on the stove.
Afterall, if you’re trying to improve your nutrition, frozen veggies are better than no veggies.
It’s impossible to fall backward if you’re always choosing “better”.
