Life is an all-you-can eat buffet that gives us plenty of opportunities to put stressors and responsibilities on our plates.
Some people have big plates that can hold a lot. Others have small plates that can’t.
Regardless of the size of your plate, it can still become overfilled, and things can fall off.
Responsibilities are overlooked or don’t get the attention they deserve.
Stress becomes overwhelming and we begin to burn out.
It’s important to recognize that we have the power to decide what goes on our plates in the first place.
If things are falling off of your plate, maybe it’s time to take a look at what deserves to be on it in the fist place.
Transforming your well-being doesn’t mean that you have to add more to your plate.
You might be surprised to find yourself actually taking things away.
