Intermittent fasting(IF) doesn’t involve “skipping” anything.

IF is purposeful and consistent.

Might the IF protocol you choose involve not eating when you first wake up? Maybe. But it’s important to understand that you aren’t skipping anything, and that you’re still getting the nutrition your body needs to function well.
