Today's TILT - 01/26/2024


Suppressing negative thoughts and emotions is exhausting af.

Eventually the pressure will be so great that even the slightest inconvenience will unleash the beast.

The more opportunities you give yourself to relieve some of that pressure, the less likely it’ll blow up in your face.

Safe spaces and faces are all around you – even though you may not see them for what they are.

Journaling, friends, family, teammates, co-workers, social groups, *ahem* coaches, and mental health professionals, are all possible outlets.

And they can also offer different perspectives.

You may be surprised to find out that you’re not the only one trying to stop their problems from Hulk Smash-ing everything around them.
