After a long break from working out and several injuries, I signed up for the semi-private classes. Rob was very in tune with my particular needs, listened to my concerns, and tailored specific workouts to ensure I learned the fundamentals and eased into things within my limits. This approach was exactly what I needed. It’s been a little over a month and I have learned so much thanks to Rob’s fulsome explanations of exercises and how the body works. He is encouraging, positive, and supportive of my needs and expectations. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Rob!

It has been an amazing experience working with Rob. His personal approach, detail to form and wealth of information are to be commended. He takes the time to explain how and why we do certain exercises. He continuously checks in with his clients in order to make sure that they get the most out of their workouts. Thank you Rob!

Amazing trainer and very knowledgeable. Each session, Rob helped me achieve more confidence in myself using the equipment as well as helped me learn about proper form to avoid injury. Can’t say enough good things! Again, amazing trainer/coach!

At first, I wasn't sure if we would make a good team or if I'd get what I wanted out of this. But that quickly dissipated as I realized that Rob truly and wholeheartedly listens to his clients. His training is not a one size fits all - it is authentically customized to the individual. We had meaningful conversations where I was encouraged to discover what my core values in life are, and how those values allow me to make space for what's important.I initially intended it to be a kick start for my health journey - and I am ‘graduating’ with so much more! I feel confident in my abilities.Had I known our work together was going to be this fun, challenging, and eye opening, I would have called Rob sooner!

Since I started working with Rob, I've been feeling better and stronger overall. I wasn't sure if the workouts would be vast enough because we're in a private training studio, but he's taught me new exercises and routines that have kept me engaged.In sessions with Rob, I'm constantly learning about the mechanics of the body, and how it's all connected. He's given me a better understanding of what I'm capable of, and also where some extra attention would help me. Most importantly, he explains 'why' every step of the way which helps me make my own decisions. The things I learn are on my radar, even when I'm on my own. I wish I knew about how muscles and movements affected my back sooner.
