Use it or lose it.

It’s important for us to express our full range of motion as much as we can.

Otherwise, joints will get stiff, muscles will get tight, and we’ll be more prone to injury.

Get moving and spend time in different positions.

You’re more likely to quit something if you have a shitty reason to start it.

What if we can’t be made to feel motivated about doing something because we are ALREADY feel motivated about it.

What if it’s just a matter of how we frame that something in our mind?

Whether we do something or not; push forward or quit; have fun or be miserable, it all comes down to our Motivational Outlook in that moment.

If you find yourself on a difficult journey. Ask yourself why you’re doing it.

Then ask why again.
And again, and again.

Eventually, you’ll find that your deepest “why” probably lands on one of those 6 motivational outlooks.

Now it’s up to you to decide if you like where it landed, or want make a shift to something more powerful.

Marketing videos and images are cherrypicked to show you what you want to see – not what’s typical, and headlines are crafted to trigger your emotions.

If you’ve struggled for a long time, you’re primed for an advertisement that promises a quick and easy solution.

The hard pill to swallow is that it can take a long time to change your momentum. Especially if you’re trying to change too many things, or something that’s deeply ingrained.

Take every headline, promise, and advertisement with a grain of salt (mine included), because your Hope is BEGGING for an easy win.

What’s crucial to your success is that through the ups and downs, you keep going. It may take a while, but eventually you’ll find a solution that works for you.
