Boooooring.
…but effective.
Eg.
– Putting a few bucks into a savings account each month.
– Adding more veggies onto our plates.
– Sticking to a bedtime routine.
– Taking a daily 15min walk.
None of these actions are going to give you a dopamine rush, grab peoples attention, or change your life immediately.
What they will do is help your life get easier down the road.
Play the long game.

Every trainer/coach worth their salt knows this.
Think about that before you sign up for one of these programs.
