If you’re comfortable with some independence during your workout and open to working out around others, Semi-Private Coaching is the way to go.
Semi-Private Coaching saves you money by sharing the training session with up to two other trainees.
You’ll complete your own workout as Coach Rob motivates, cues, and coaches each trainee as needed – always within reach or speaking distance.
