Over the the years, after getting to meet and train hundreds of people, I’ve learned that Human Experience is a force that we can’t reckon with. There will always be challenges, obstacles, setbacks, and moments of flat out failure. These are inescapable.
It’s in these setbacks where our strength truly has an opportunity to shine.
As a coach, my role is to help you discover what you need to do for yourself in order to be healthy and happy.
We are all different. We have different responsibilities. Different values. Different strengths, weaknesses, jobs, family structures, living arrangements, cultures, priorities, social lives, and infinite others.
Not only that, but we also prioritize those differences differently.
It’s no wonder we have such a hard time following meal plans, or workout routines, or fitness regimens that are given to us by other people – they aren’t made for us.
We must advocate, and hold ourselves responsible, for our own health and happiness if we want to get off the miserable rollercoaster ride, and on to an enjoyable one.
